Fixed, Honest Pricing Policy
A consistent, non-negotiable prices for all the services at any given time. The price you see is the price you pay. There will be no discounts, freebies, deals, verbal agreements, or price reductions offered at any point before, during, or after the service is provided.
Terms & Conditions
Preparation

​The property needs to be prepared/cleaned and kept ready for the shoot. It is not possible to cleanup in Photoshop (barring minor fixes) and that kind of editing is out of scope of this service.

The charges mentioned above are for one visit (not exceeding 3 hrs.). If a follow on visit is needed for any reason, that will be considered a separate visit and charged accordingly.

Cleaning up of any nature, re-arranging furniture or other things are not part of real estate photography service. In short anything other than photography is not a part of this service, no exceptions.

If the property is occupied, people need to be informed about the shoot and need to cooperate during the shoot - this is your responsibility. I won't be involved in this in anyway.

A lot of photos are taken during a typical sessions. You pay only for the photos you need. The photos you choose not to buy will be deleted permanently and I won't be able to give them free of cost.

Bargains
​

All price are fixed and final and there's no scope for any kind of bargaining or negotiations before, during, or after the shoot.

We are unable to provide unedited, raw images, photo dumps, free rush delivery, free additional visits.

Payments
​

Booking can be done by paying an advance of at least 25% of the total amount of the service by UPI or bank transfer.

After the shoot, full payment needs to be made (cash/UPI/bank transfer) before delivery of the photos.

If full payment is not realized immediately after the shoot, the standard 2 day (7 day for video) delivery guarantee is not applicable. The delivery date will be adjusted as the date of full payment realization + 7 days (+15 days for video)

We do not provide payment after delivery option.

Rescheduling / Cancellations

Once re-schedule (date and time) is done for free however no refunds can be issued in case of event cancellations.

Additional ₹ 1,500 per reschedule from the 2nd reschedule onwards. All reschedules are subject to our availability.
